From Accra to Lagos, Nairobi to Kigali, Africa's tech scene is full of founders building real solutions, and too many of them go unnoticed. A launch post gets a few likes and disappears in a day. We think great products deserve more than that, so we're launching Startup Spotlight, a weekly series on AmassTechHub.

What is Startup Spotlight?

Every week, we feature one startup from Ghana or anywhere else in Africa and tell its story properly. Each feature runs as a full article on amasstechhub.com and as a designed post across our channels: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and our WhatsApp Channel.

What we cover

ā€¢ The problem: what you're solving and why it matters.

ā€¢ The people: who your product helps and how it changes things for them.

ā€¢ The founders: the team behind it and the journey so far.

ā€¢ The product: what it does, shown in action.

Who can apply

Startups based anywhere in Africa, Ghana included, with a working product or a live pilot. You don't need funding or a big user base. We care about the problem you're solving and the story behind it.

How to submit

Send us three things:

ā€¢ A demo video, two minutes or less, showing your product working.

ā€¢ A one-page concept note: what you do, who it's for and why now.

ā€¢ Links to your website and social media pages.

Email your submission to info@amasstechhub.com with ā€œStartup Spotlightā€ and your startup's name in the subject line.

What happens next

Our team reviews every submission. If your startup is selected, we'll get in touch to arrange the feature and gather anything else we need to tell your story well.

Tips for a strong submission

ā€¢ Lead with the problem, not the technology.

ā€¢ Show real users or results if you have them, even small ones.

ā€¢ Keep the demo simple and clear, and make sure the sound works.

ā€¢ Introduce the founders. People connect with people.
